IES Solutions CEO, eng. Uberto Delprato, participated to the international exercise “NEAMWave14”, where the proper handling of tsunami warnings related to the Northeast Atlantic area, the Mediterranean sea and connected seas, was validated. The exercise activities were executed in the framework of the program “North East Atlantic and Mediterranean Tsunami Warning System (NEAMTWS )”. During the exercise, that took place from the 28th to 30th of October in Palermo, the Italian Civil Protection was able to appreciate the features of JIXEL, as a useful tool for the dissemination of alerts from national level to all regions and to the provincial level.
