Incentivi automatici: rinvio dei termini per la presentazione delle domande. Con riferimento agli incentivi automatici previsti dalla legge 266/97 a favore di iniziative nelle regioni Sicilia e Valle d’Aosta, il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico ha annullato i termini per la presentazione delle domande satabiliti dal decreto ministeriale del 2 dicembre 2009, pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 295 del 19 dicembre 2009. I nuovi termini verranno fissati successivamente con un nuovo provvedimento.

Giunta regionale approva bilancio di previsione 2010-12.Il 16 dicembre la Giunta Regionale del Lazio ha approvato il Bilancio di previsione 2010 -12. Regione, in un volume cinque anni di governo.Il 18 dicembre, presso l’Auditorium parco della musica di Roma, il vicepresidente della Regione Lazio Esterino Montino e gli assessori della Giunta hanno presentato i risultati di cinque anni di amministrazione regionale. In evidenza anche il pacchetto anticrisi varato dalla Regione, che contiene strumenti per favorire l’erogazione del credito alle imprese e provvedimenti destinati alle categorie sociali più svantaggiate, su tutti il reddito minimo di cittadinanza.

Nuovo bando per la cooperazione decentrata.Al via il nuovo bando per la Cooperazione decentrata, che rende disponibili 800mila euro per i progetti destinati ai paesi in via di sviluppo. Lo ha annunciato l’assessore regionale all’Ambiente e alla cooperazione tra i popoli Filiberto Zaratti. Il bando permetterà di finanziare un ampio ventaglio di iniziative di cooperazione, tra cui la tutela dell’ambiente e lo sviluppo economico e sociale dei territori dei Paesi partner, con un forte impegno a destinare le risorse direttamente nei Paesi beneficiari. Dall’Agenzia Spaziale Italiana (Asi) arrivano 20 milioni in 5 anni per promuovere, presso le piccole e medie imprese (Pmi), lo sviluppo dell’alta tecnologia nel campo spaziale. Lo stanziamento complessivo di 20 milioni è suddiviso in quattro bandi nell’arco di 5 anni, ognuno dei quali prevede il finanziamento al 50% da parte dell’Asi di progetti del valore complessivo di 10 milioni. Tre sono gli elementi caratterizzanti il programma di finanziamento: l’essere destinato solo ad imprese insediate nel territorio nazionale, la periodicità e la proiezione temporale e il finanziamento pubblico complessivo per un importo di 20 milioni, che consentirà di attivare un capitale di rischio da parte delle Pmi di pari importo. http://www.ricercaeinnovazione.regione.lazio.it/innovazione_ricerca/ansa/dettAnsa.php?id=1557

Teachers in Europe believe that creativity is fundamentally important at school and that ICT can help enhance it. The European Commission has presented the results of the first-ever survey on creativity and innovation in schools.
