The OASIS EDXL-CAP standard, the Common Alerting Protocol we use in JIXEL, is a milestone for achieving interoperability between emergency services and for notifying citizens about emergencies. In Italy CAP has been adopted by the National Fire Corps with a decree and issuing the Italian CAP profile. But which are the main steps for an Emergency Service to adopt the CAP standard?
