4 August 2011, Brussels FUTURAGE Road Map Launch Conference: Meeting the Grand Challenge of Ageing: the New European Research Agenda. This conference will launch the FUTURAGE Road Map, which will provide a European research agenda for ageing research for the next 10 years. 5 September 2011, Rome, Italy ITU-EC Workshop on Methodologies for Assessing the Environmental Impact of ICT. As part of the ITU Green Standards Week, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the European Commission (EC) are organizing a Workshop on Methodologies for Environmental Impact Assessment of ICT. Sviluppo urbano e locale, presentato il bando POR FESR Lazio per i Comuni.
Il 29 luglio la presidente della Regione Lazio Renata Polverini ha presentato l’Avviso pubblico, rivolto ai 29 Comuni del Lazio con popolazione superiore ai 25.000 abitanti, che finanzierà progetti integrati per la riqualificazione e lo sviluppo urbano. Sviluppo Lazio intende selezionare mediante procedura aperta l’affidatario dei servizi relativi alla realizzazione e all’attivazione di uno sportello/ufficio destinato al settore cinematografico e audiovisivo, e all’ideazione, gestione e aggiornamento di un sito web dedicato. L’iniziativa s’inquadra nelle politiche regionali per l’internazionalizzazione delle Pmi del Lazio, e in particolare del settore audiovisivo. 7 miliardi di euro per dare impulso alla ricerca e all’innovazione e creare occupazione e crescita.
La commissaria Máire Geoghegan-Quinn ha annunciato un investimento di quasi 7 miliardi di euro destinati a dare impulso all’innovazione attraverso la ricerca. Si tratta del più corposo pacchetto di finanziamenti di questo tipo mai messo a disposizione dalla Commissione europea e rientra nel Settimo programma quadro di ricerca e sviluppo tecnologico (7°PQ). Secondo le previsioni questi finanziamenti dovrebbero creare nel breve periodo quasi 174 000 posti di lavoro1 che arriveranno a circa 450 000 nell’arco di 15 anni, oltre a far aumentare il PIL di quasi 80 miliardi di euro2. Il finanziamento della ricerca è tra le priorità dell’agenda politica dell’UE e si trova al centro di una strategia coerente sull’innovazione, la cosiddetta “Unione dell’innovazione”, di cui l’Europa ha bisogno se vuole competere con economie grandi e dinamiche come gli Stati Uniti e la Cina. http://first.aster.it/news/show_news.php?ID=24389

Italia: da BEI 200 milioni a Finlombarda per le Pmi della Lombardia. La Banca europea per gli investimenti (BEI) ha perfezionato oggi a Milano un contratto da 200 milioni con Finlombarda, finanziaria della Regione Lombardia, per il finanziamento delle piccole e medie imprese (Pmi) regionali.
