Pmi: via libera alle 22 Zone Franche Urbane. Dal prossimo gennaio per le aree disagiate saranno operative agevolazioni fiscali e contributive per la creazione di nuove attività economiche nelle micro e piccole imprese, con una dotazione finanziaria iniziale di 100 milioni di euro. Con l’autorizzazione della Commissione Europea, infatti, sono stati sbloccati i fondi necessari all’avvio del progetto. “Per la prima volta in Italia”, ha continuato Scajola, “prevediamo per i quartieri più piccoli e degradati d’Italia un sostanzioso pacchetto di agevolazioni per incentivare la nascita di nuove imprese fino a 50 addetti, per aumentare l’occupazione e rivitalizzare aree degradate. Già dalle prossime settimane una task force del Ministero metterà a disposizione degli imprenditori delle 22 zone interessate le istruzioni necessarie per beneficiare delle diverse agevolazioni.Le 22 Zone Franche Urbane, selezionate tra 64 proposte sulla base di una serie di indicatori di disagio socio economico, sono le seguenti: Catania, Gela ed Erice in Sicilia; Crotone, Rossano e Lamezia Terme in Calabria; Matera in Basilicata; Taranto, Lecce, Andria in Puglia; Napoli, Torre Annunziata e Mondragone in Campania; Campobasso in Molise; Cagliari, Iglesias e Quartu Sant’Elena in Sardegna; Velletri e Sora in Lazio; Pescara in Abruzzo; Massa e Carrara in Toscana e Ventimiglia in Liguria. http://www.sviluppoeconomico.gov.it/primopiano/dettaglio_primopiano.php?sezione=primopiano&tema_dir=tema2&id_primopiano=466

Fondi strutturali, valutazione dei programmi 2000-2006La Commissione europea – Direzione generale Politiche regionali ha avviato nel 2007 la valutazione ex post del Fondo europeo di sviluppo regionale (Fesr). La valutazione, che interessa il periodo di programmazione 2000-2006 e le aree Obiettivo 1 e 2, consiste in 14 pacchetti di lavoro, in gran parte dedicati all’analisi di temi  e settori d’interesse (es., ambiente, trasporti). On 28 September 2009, ESRIF has published the European Security Research and Innovation Agenda (ESRIA) identifying the key capabilities and research needs according to the main work results. This civil security research domain was established in September 2007 and its current mandate will expire at the end of this year. La Regione Lazio, con il supporto operativo di Supporto Lazio, ha aperto il nuovo bando per l’accesso al microcredito regionale, iniziativa ideata per sostenere lavoratori e imprese in difficoltà promuovendo la realizzazione di nuovi progetti imprenditoriali con prestiti a condizioni agevolate.Le domande di microcredito avere come soggetti beneficiari microimprese costituite o costituende a elevato rischio finanziario e con oggettive difficoltà di accesso al credito ordinario.Le risorse disponibili per l’erogazione dei finanziamenti sono 6 milioni di euro e, nel caso di contributi alle microimprese, prevedono un importo tra 5mila e 20mila euro.Le consessioni di prestito agevolato prevedono una surata del finanziamento pari a 36/84 mesi, ed un tasso d’interesse dell’1%.http://www.microcredito.lazio.it/index.asp?ID=1

Calls for proposals:Taking on endless possibilities, € 114 million for space research.The European Commission has today published its third call for proposals for space under the Space Theme of the Seventh Framework Programme for Research (FP7), with a budget of EUR 114 million. The call supports research in the areas of space science and exploration (EUR 58 million) with a view to exploring neighbouring planets, and Earth observation (EUR 47 million) through the continued development of Europe’s Global Monitoring system for Environment and Security (GMES). The call also aims at enhancing Europe’s cooperation with other major space powers, taking the form of support for cross cutting activities with a budget of EUR 8 million. This can be improved by adapting the terminals as to their physical design, software and interfaces. Intesa Sanpaolo lancia start up initiative, un progetto a supporto delle nuove imprese innovative. L’obiettivo è  catalizzare lo sviluppo delle start-up più innovative e contribuire all’ecosistema dell’innovazione.In particolare, l’iniziativa prevede il supporto alla definizione dei business plan e la realizzazione di incontri con partner finanziari.Una prima esperienza è stata avviata a settembre, quando 26 start up hanno partecipato a un ciclo di incontri formativi finalizzati alla realizzazione di un successivo incontro con circa 50 investitori (business angels, venture e seed capital, fondazioni bancarie).Il prossimo evento della Start up initiative è in programma nel prossimo mese di gennaio.
